I know it's not always easy or convenient to log onto your computer, write an email, or wait to schedule an appointment. Just text me and get the guidance you need within 12 hours.

Twice-monthly private sessions

When was the last time you had 50 minutes to talk about yourself? You will have my undivided attention for two 50-minute private sessions by phone, in-person (local), FaceTime, or Zoom to discuss your concerns and challenges, celebrate your wins, receive expert guidance, and a plan for the next two weeks.

Weekly Accountability check-ins with Kelly

Your 90 Day Shift program comes with weekly accountability text check-ins with Kelly. This hands-on, personalized experience is your time to ask any questions that may have popped up, learn new exercises, and keep those habits top-of-mind.
